Massillon Engagement Pictures in the Park

Ahhh, I'm so excited to share with you Eva and Nate's gorgeous engagement pictures from their session last week. First of all, although we technically scheduled this session in the Spring, it was really, REALLY cold outside when we went to shoot! I guess that's what you get the first week of April in Northeast Ohio, but really these guys handled the cold like a couple of champs (luckily they had their jackets to wear in between shots). And you would never even realize they were freezing their butts off by looking at the pictures in the end!

Eva and Nate will be getting married this Fall in October. They currently live in Dalton but will be moving to Massillon soon. We decided to meet up at a Massillon park for their engagement pictures even though the trees are still bare and there aren't any spring blooms left because Eva and Nate preferred a nature environment to the city - it just fit their personalities better. It worked out just fine since we had some gorgeous lighting courtesy of the setting sun and some nice secluded areas of the park to work with! It wasn't all easy though, as I mentioned before, it was freezing cold out - and we may or may not have had to duck a few frisbees from some frisbee golf players in the middle of a game. It was totally worth it though, and no one got hurt - promise! 

I had so much fun with these two love birds! At the end of our session, they tried to get me to guess their ages - which I could have never done - but I was shocked to find out how young these two are for how mature they seem. Eva and Nate are so sweet and their love was so obvious during our entire session together... their wedding is going to be perfect this fall!
