Vegas Changed My Life

Ok, so I'm not trying to be dramatic, but my recent trip to Vegas totally changed my photography life and my business. Not only did I attend my very first photography conference, first workshop, and first shootout all in one trip, but I learned so much from industry leaders that I will never forget. Thank you to all of the pros who shared their expertise and amazing tips for being a great photographer. Meeting (and getting to hug) Leah Remmilet (go4pro photos) was so surreal. She has been such an inspiration to me throughout my photography journey and I was honored to be a part of her workshop. Learning from other greats like Brittney Kluse (Brittney Kluse Photography), Courtney Delaura (Get Schooled Photo), Leslie Kerrigan (Seniorologie), and  Kelli France (Chic Critique) was beyond incredible and the Luxe in Las Vegas workshop was better than I could have ever imagined. I also owe a huge thanks to Beyond the Wanderlust for setting up such a fabulous shoot out and WPPI for setting up such awesome classes with great speakers to learn from.

As you can probably tell, the trip to Vegas took up such a large chunk of my time and I have been unable to blog. Don't worry though, I will be catching up soon. I have LOTS of shoots to blog and pictures to share. Over the next couple weeks, you will be getting lots of eye candy. So I will leave you with this photo that I took from our balcony at the Signature at MGM Grand just to make you jealous of my awesome trip! If you have the chance to go to Vegas for any reason ever... do it!
